UPDATE: Thanks to amazing donors like you, we reached our goal of $4,000 for the urgent bathroom update! Since our initial goal was reached so early in the day, we are adjusting the goal. Anything above our initial goal of $4,000 will go toward our dream goal of replacing the roof and flooring at the Macleigh home for a total of $12,000. Thank you for your amazing generosity and belief in our mission of supporting and empower adults with a developmental disability!
Why give on Giving Tuesday?
Our goal this year is $4,000 for an urgent bathroom update at our Macleigh home. The bathroom needs to be made accessible to better support our resident. Completing this update will allow our staff to more safely support the resident and give her the opportunity to age gracefully in her own home, where she has lived for over 6 years. This project is 75% funded by a grant from KOVAR and we are asking our supporters to help us fully fund this project on Giving Tuesday by meeting our goal.
