The holidays are here! Whether you're planning to attend a flurry of holiday parties, decorate your house, or you're simply looking forward to spending time with friends and family, know that adults with a developmental disability across Virginia want those same things, too. Heart Havens empowers adults with a developmental disability to live and thrive in their community during the holidays and year round!

So why give on Giving Tuesday? Our goal is to raise at least $3,000 for the residential education and recreation budget. They live on a fixed income, making it hard for many of them to afford outings in the community without your help. We believe people with a disability should not be isolated, but out in the community like everyone else, where they can thrive.

SIL/Towne Insurance and the Heart Havens Board of Directors are matching the first $1,000 we receive in gifts on Giving Tuesday, so your gift will go even further! You could also win one of two donated $50 VISA gift cards as part of a random donor drawing. When you make your gift on December 3rd, challenge your friends to do the same by sharing our social media posts.
